Swim team off to fast 4-0 start
Raytown Tribune
The Woodson Estates Sharks swim team was riding the crest of a 4-0 record going into last night’s meet.
That mark stands in stark contrast to the squad’s record five years ago, which was 0-6.
“We’ve improved by a meet win every year,” coach Eric Huntsman said.
Contributing to that success has been a focus on developing the younger swimmers and a growing squad, which now numbers 96.
Woodson swimmers will be in the water two more times before their season draws to a close with a home meet on July 9, followed by the conference meet.
